In EQ's humble opinion, you can never get enough 16B, so we're happy to reveal that Omid Nourizadeh's label SexOnWax is back with a new three-part series called Sequential. Coming hot on the heels of Omid's excellent two-part album Like 3 Ears And 1 Eye, Sequential kicks off with three awesome new 16B productions – The Tone, To Run To and Dub The House – on December 22.

Says Omid: “This is the first installment of a collection of tracks I’ve been working on over the year while on tour. I’ve been slowly adding and subtracting elements on trips back home and on the road until they confirmed themselves that they where finally finished. I’ve been constantly developing these tracks so I can be sure they will stand the test of time through what seems to be a very transient period as far as releasing records is concerned. The Tone is a club track that represents the darker and slightly more twisted side of my DJing. To Run To is the perfect track for the end of the night or early hours, and Dub The House is a tripped-out sonic experience that will do serious damage in the most underground parties.”

Omid is also busy reworking Angels At My Gate, a new track by hotly tipped American trio UNA. Featuring Jennifer Cook on vocals, Richard Larsen on keyboards and guitar, and Eddie Barajas on decks, they are an "exotic experiment in Latin, blues, trip hop and soul", well suited to Omid’s appetite for musical experimentation.

And if that's not enough 16B for you, be sure to catch him playing out with his SOS boys Desyn Masiello and Demi at Ministry Of Sound on December 20. The trio have spent the whole of 2008 on the road together, so they're on amazing form just now. Don't miss it.
